課程的教學(xué)目的與任務(wù)
該課程在《基礎(chǔ)英語(yǔ)1》的基礎(chǔ)上通過(guò)豐富語(yǔ)言現(xiàn)象鞏固已學(xué)知識(shí),利用語(yǔ)言形式、語(yǔ)境鍛煉學(xué)生的語(yǔ)言交際能力,進(jìn)一步提高學(xué)生對(duì)英語(yǔ)的詞匯、語(yǔ)法和習(xí)慣搭配等知識(shí)學(xué)習(xí)的系統(tǒng)性,使學(xué)生的詞匯量達(dá)到5000,能讀懂中等或偏下程度的原著,學(xué)習(xí)重點(diǎn)是習(xí)語(yǔ)表達(dá)和習(xí)慣搭配等并注重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生獨(dú)立學(xué)習(xí)思考的能力。
課程的基本要求
1、語(yǔ)音:初步掌握多音節(jié)詞、復(fù)合詞、常見(jiàn)句子重音模式、基本句型的語(yǔ)音語(yǔ)調(diào)以及朗讀和說(shuō)話(huà)的節(jié)奏。
2、語(yǔ)法:基本掌握主謂一致關(guān)系,表語(yǔ)、賓語(yǔ)、定語(yǔ)和狀語(yǔ)等句型,直接、間接引語(yǔ),動(dòng)詞不定式和分詞形式,各種時(shí)態(tài)、語(yǔ)態(tài)和構(gòu)詞法。
3、詞匯:認(rèn)知詞匯4,000—5,000個(gè),熟練使用2,000—2,500個(gè)。
4、聽(tīng)力:聽(tīng)懂英語(yǔ)國(guó)家人士所作難度不超過(guò)所學(xué)語(yǔ)言知識(shí)的講話(huà),如VOA慢速新聞?dòng)⒄Z(yǔ)。
5、口語(yǔ):能就日常生活話(huà)題進(jìn)行交談,語(yǔ)言基本得體。
6、閱讀:能閱讀淺顯材料以及Reader’s Digest,速度為每分鐘70--120個(gè)單詞。
7、寫(xiě)作:能在30分鐘內(nèi)寫(xiě)出120--150個(gè)單詞的短文,語(yǔ)言正確,能書(shū)寫(xiě)基本應(yīng)用文。
8、翻譯:能獨(dú)立完成課程中的各項(xiàng)翻譯練習(xí),語(yǔ)言通順。
9、工具書(shū)使用:能熟練使用《英漢大詞典》、Oxford Advanced English Dictionary、Longman Dictionary of Contemporary English等工具書(shū)獨(dú)立解決語(yǔ)言問(wèn)題。
10、文化素養(yǎng):了解各國(guó)(英語(yǔ)言國(guó)家為主)主要文化傳統(tǒng),具有一定的人文知識(shí)和科技知識(shí),具有較好的創(chuàng)新能力。
