《基礎英語2》教學大綱

課程的教學目的與任務

該課程在《基礎英語1》的基礎上通過豐富語言現象鞏固已學知識,利用語言形式、語境鍛煉學生的語言交際能力,進一步提高學生對英語的詞匯、語法和習慣搭配等知識學習的系統性,使學生的詞匯量達到5000,能讀懂中等或偏下程度的原著,學習重點是習語表達和習慣搭配等并注重培養學生獨立學習思考的能力。

課程的基本要求

1、語音:初步掌握多音節詞、復合詞、常見句子重音模式、基本句型的語音語調以及朗讀和說話的節奏。

2、語法:基本掌握主謂一致關系,表語、賓語、定語和狀語等句型,直接、間接引語,動詞不定式和分詞形式,各種時態、語態和構詞法。

3、詞匯:認知詞匯4,000—5,000個,熟練使用2,000—2,500個。

4、聽力:聽懂英語國家人士所作難度不超過所學語言知識的講話,如VOA慢速新聞英語。

5、口語:能就日常生活話題進行交談,語言基本得體。

6、閱讀:能閱讀淺顯材料以及Reader’s Digest,速度為每分鐘70--120個單詞。

7、寫作:能在30分鐘內寫出120--150個單詞的短文,語言正確,能書寫基本應用文。

8、翻譯:能獨立完成課程中的各項翻譯練習,語言通順。

9、工具書使用:能熟練使用《英漢大詞典》、Oxford Advanced English Dictionary、Longman Dictionary of Contemporary English等工具書獨立解決語言問題。

10、文化素養:了解各國(英語言國家為主)主要文化傳統,具有一定的人文知識和科技知識,具有較好的創新能力。
