課程的教學(xué)目的與任務(wù)

本課程的教學(xué)目的在于使學(xué)生了解英語語音的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)，掌握英語音素的發(fā)音方法、音位變體并能正確發(fā)音；了解英語的音節(jié)結(jié)構(gòu)，掌握不同音素組合的發(fā)音；了解英音和美音的區(qū)別和發(fā)音特點(diǎn)；了解英語的音節(jié)結(jié)構(gòu)、輕重音、節(jié)奏、語流音變和語調(diào)等基本知識(shí)；通過大量的練習(xí)，幫助學(xué)生最終達(dá)到能夠準(zhǔn)確、清晰、流暢、熟練、自然地朗讀和說話，并能正確、得體地使用語調(diào)，通過正確的語音語調(diào)達(dá)到交際的目的。

課程的基本要求

教學(xué)：通過課堂教學(xué)，使學(xué)生了解英語語音基本知識(shí)，掌握英語音素的正確發(fā)音方法并能正確發(fā)音；能運(yùn)用拼讀規(guī)則和音標(biāo)準(zhǔn)確、清晰、流暢、熟練、自然地進(jìn)行朗讀；了解并掌握詞重音、句子重音、節(jié)奏、語流音變和語調(diào)等基本知識(shí)及朗讀技巧，達(dá)到語調(diào)比較自然，語流較為順暢，并能正確、得體地使用語調(diào)進(jìn)行交際。

實(shí)踐：基礎(chǔ)階段的英語語音課不是有關(guān)語音學(xué)理論的課程，而是實(shí)踐性很強(qiáng)的一門課，側(cè)重語音訓(xùn)練，重點(diǎn)是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生正確的英語發(fā)音習(xí)慣。因此，應(yīng)有至少一半的時(shí)間用來進(jìn)行發(fā)音訓(xùn)練。
