課程的教學目的與任務
本課程的教學目的和任務是使學生能開口講英語,樹立說英語的信心，消除其緊張恐懼感，養成正確的語言習慣。通過課堂內外的英語口語操練，使學生能就所聽到的語段進行問答和復述，能就日常生活話題進行交談，做到清楚表達思想，無重大語法錯誤，語言基本得體。
課程的基本要求
1、熟練掌握日常交流中各種話題的句型和詞匯；
2、養成良好的口頭交際的習慣，增強英語表達的信心；
3、訓練學生思維清楚、表達具有一定的邏輯性。

Unit 1 First Day in College 建議學時：3
[教學目的與要求] 學會自我介紹和問候的基本句型，能夠熟練運用它們進行英語交流。
[教學重點與難點] 克服講英語的心理障礙。
